Application Details

We have a 3-step application process: (1) Contact us to determine eligibility (2) Pay your fees (3) Send your required information. That’s it. In 3 or so days your website will be live!

Step 1: Eligibility

Generally, to be eligible, you need to be a starting or growing brand (not a large established one that can afford premium). Also, you need to be a Zimbabwean. Before you pay, send an email to mabhenamthokozisi@gmail.com or WhatsApp +263 777 245 294 or fill the form below to express your interest on the $30 website, and then we can agree on eligibility

Step 2: Pay Your Fees

When we have determined your eligibility, we will send you payment method details (we accept all payment modes available in Zimbabwe)

Step 3: Send Your Information

Option 1: Download the word document with all the details, and fill it, and then send it to us. Then that’s it. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT.

Option 2: If you do not have a computer or a way to fill a word document, please answer these questions, and then send the answers and your images on WhatsApp.

Organisation Contact Details: Here, write: Organisation Name, Address/Location, Email, Phone Number, Social Media Pages (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc – please send these as links, not handles for example, do not say @amahappenings, rather say https://twitter.com/amahappenings).
Organisation Brand: Here, write: Organisations colours, preferred font, preferred website address, and preferred email.

2. About The Organisation
Here, write about what your organisation is about such as it’s mission, goals, the problem it seeks to solve and how. (50 to 100 words)

3. About The Team
Here, write about your team, what makes it unique (are they all locals/young/women/experience etc). Also write brief biographies of everyone in your team and provide pictures either here or separately. (50 to 100 words).

4. Services Section
Here, write all the services you offer and the prices (if you are a forprofit organisation), and how long it takes to deliver them, how and where you deliver them.

5. Other
Do you host events? Provide a list of events (past and future) you want featured on the website, include details like time, place and price. Provide event posters.
Do you have articles/blogs/videos/images from the press you want featured? Provide them.
Do you have a campaign you want to promote e.g mother’s day, AIDS Day etc you want featured? Provide it with the graphics.
Do you have partners/clients you want show on your website? Please provide the logos and list them here.

6. Any Other Information
Here, write any other information you want to share with us and//or add on the website that is not captured by the sections.
