Why we exist?
Small and medium enterprises in Zimbabwe lack quality digital infrastructure and miss out on customers because of it. Going online properly is often expensive, so owners either ignore it or hire a relative and still miss out.
We provide affordable, high-quality digital services to starting and growing brands, starting right here in Zimbabwe.
How we got here.
November 2017
AmaHappenings starts as a guide to events happening in Bulawayo.
Within months
We notice the real gap: starting and growing organisation have no reliable online presence – and we pivot.
Today
We help Zimbabwean get clients online. We don’t just make gorgeous websites, we also make sure we use search engine optimisation best practice to get them to rank on Google, Bing, and Apple Maps – and get them recommended by AI chatbots.

Our websites start from $100. We do not do gimmicky prices where we advertise a small price and then you now have to topup domain money or hosting.

We do not use technical terms or jargon tor try to sound expensive. We explain what you are buying and what it will do for you in simple and straightforward terms.

Mthokozisi Mabhena is a meliorist, tech entrepreneur, website developer, and orgaisation builder based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He is the founder and manager of AmaHappenings, a prominent website design and digital marketing agency established in November 2017.
He is a Google-certified digital marketer specialized in helping African businesses scale their online visibility. His work centers heavily on affordable website engineering, local SEO, and conversion-driven digital strategy.
