Question 1

What happens after I send message?

Accepted Answer

Once you message us, we will confirm your order within two hours via phone or WhatsApp to discuss your goals. After you pay the 50% deposit and share your basic details—or simply link your Facebook page—we immediately handle your domain, hosting, and design. You will receive a first draft within 3 days to review, we will make any requested corrections, and the site launches as soon as the final 50% balance is paid.

Question 2

How do we communicate?

Accepted Answer

We communicate using three primary methods: WhatsApp, email, and direct calls. We send administrative messages like invoices to your email so you have them for the future, but we talk to you on WhatsApp. You can always reach us on WhatsApp via text, voice notes, or calls, or you can call us directly. We are equally open to accommodate you on your preferred communication channel like Signal, Messenger, Telegram etc.

Question 3

How do I pay you?

Accepted Answer

For clients in Zimbabwe, our preferred payment method is EcoCash. For clients outside Zimbabwe, you can pay via Mukuru and Western Union. You pay a 50% deposit before we start and the remaining 50% after the website is done.

Question 4

Who owns the website after it is done?

Accepted Answer

You own the website and files completely, and the domain is registered in your name. We do managed hosting, that is, we handle all the hosting maintenance, backups, and security for free so you do not have to worry about the technical setup, but you are completely free to host it elsewhere if you choose. We do not lock you into any contracts or hold your site hostage.

Question 5

Are you available for support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are always available for support after launch to provide free fix and repair services for a full 12 months if the website stops working as intended or gets hacked. This support applies strictly to fixing and repairing existing features to ensure your website remains online and functional – not additions. Any new additions such as adding new text, changing images, or building entirely new pages and features are excluded from this free support and fall under a new project scope that will be billed separately.

Question 6

Do I Need to Meet You Physically?

Accepted Answer

We always love connecting with our partners in person, but because we are a low-cost website service, travel costs are prohibitive. We operate entirely as a digital service, just like how you would hire a video editor or a freelancer in another part of the world to keep rates affordable. However, if a physical meeting is important to you, we are completely willing to travel to exactly where you are at your own cost; if you are located outside of Bulawayo, this simply means you would need to cover the expenses for our transport, lodging, and food.
